🔄 Invite Your Inner Circle

After adding a care recipient and completing their care profile, you can invite family members and primary caregivers to your Innerhive. Follow the "Grow Your Community!" steps from the Home Page's Setup tab to add an Inner Circle to your who can see care updates in your Community newsfeed and more:

OR Go directly to your Community Page and open 'Manage Community' where you can add Viewers & Co-Owners. After entering their name & email, they will be sent an invitation to join your Innerhive where they can see care updates, offer support, and stay on top of care profile changes in the Community Feed depending on the permissions they are granted.

Open 'Manage'

Add Viewers

Add Co-Owners

Open 'Manage' from your Community Feed page to add collaborators to your Innerhive.

Add a Viewer to subscribe them to your care newsfeed and give view-only access to care profile details.

Add a Co-Owner to invite a collaborator who can help add notes, post to the newsfeed, and manage the care profile.

Now Care Profile Owners & Co-Owners can post updates directly to the newsfeed, and all community members and collaborators will be notified. Save time by updating everyone at once, avoid multiple group chats, and track who’s viewed each post for peace of mind!

Share an Appointment Summary in Seconds

After capturing notes from an appointment or care discussion with Innerhive's audio notetaker, you can decide whether to post the automatically generated summary to your newsfeed. Posting to your community will send the summary and key details directly to your Inner Circle and subscribed care team, where they can view, react, or comment in one place. No more remembering what was said, forgetting who to update, or fielding phone calls! Unite your care team with one tap.

🔒︎ Change Note and Update Privacy

Innerhive allows you to mark any note, update, and key detail, such as diagnoses, as Private. Notes that are marked private will not be posted to and cannot be seen by viewers in the newsfeed, and are only available to the owner (you) and co-owners that have been invited. This allows you to control who has access to what information, while being able to share confidently with those you trust.

You can change the privacy of any note at any given time to best fit your circumstance. For example, perhaps you want an in-home caregiver to be able to see a medication list for the night they are looking after your loved one. Simply open that note and uncheck “private” for the evening so they’ll have all the info they need to give care. Later, you can mark the medications list as “private” again, and rest assured that that note can only be seen by you.

Innerhive is flexible for all of the caregiving events in life. Confidently ensure your support network has the information they need, while you keep control.
Protect and inform care with Innerhive!
